Waited for chips to be freshly cooked last Friday night, on arrival at home most were brown and inedible, wont be going back!!
Ordered a pizza crunch earlier with two pickles and a bottle of irn bru, guy even asked if i wanted salt and vinegar, said yes. What turned up? An unsalted pizza crunch, no vinegar, one pickle and diet irn bru. Lucky i never came down and smacked yous with it. Fyi still charged me for two pickles and regular irn bru, knew i should've got a Chinese instead
Ordered over the phone for collection. Turned up but told that the wrong order had been cooked, had to wait a further 15 minutes, get home to find food was not cooked through and thorough. Couldn't eat. Spoke with Manager who was very apologetic and offered to make himself on next order.
If u want an undercooked fish supper and chips go here batters soggy not crispy chips were stoating cardboard box was soaking with grease a mean camon guys doesnt take much attention to detail!dissapointed not be back just not good enough waste of 20quid ,scott braeside drive barrhead
Can't fault the service and the pudding supper was tasty just a shame the chips were a bit on the greasy side this time, definitely better than the local alternatives
