Went in today at 3:30 pm as had a loud and worrying noise from the back of my wife's car .wanted to know what it was and whether it was still ok to drive .Too busy to even discuss it .No offer to bring it back or a quick look to put my mind at rest .Sent packing .Took it to Neilston, to Robb's .Diagnosed a broken shock absorber (dampener). Booked in to get fixed in a couple of days .Shocking (!) Service from Kwik Fit Barrhead. Won't be back .
